Villas in the back row of the Allure Resort are rarely available. This 3 bedroom + bunkroom Villa opens out on to extended decks and a private courtyard leading around to the rear deck overlooking native bush reserve.
The spacious open plan kitchen living and dining area opens out on to the extended rear deck with a fully covered main deck area.
The master bedroom is on the lower level along with a bunk room and bathroom. Two more bedrooms on the upper level with a second bathroom and separate toilet.
The separate external laundry is located off the private carport at the entry to the Villa. Conveniently located in the paved courtyard you will find an outdoor shower for a quick wash off after a day at the beach. There is also plenty of storage space along with a number of lockable owners cupboards.
The owners have made many improvements from the original design including the installation of crimsafe doors, extended decks, additional external lighting and covered deck area. The Villa is also fully air-conditioned for year round comfort.
The Allure Stradbroke Beach Resort is located immediately opposite Home Beach and it's just a quick walk from the Villa across the road to the beautiful white sandy beach.
